REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Since 1990, Intelligent Lighting Controls, Inc has been instrumental in developing and manufacturing quality lighting control solutions for commercial, educational, retail and municipal facilities nationwide. An established Minneapolis based leader in the growing lighting controls industry, we are seeking to fill a Regional Sales Position.
Responsibility: Increase lighting controls sales business in your territory.
>Follow through and negotiate quoted projects to close orders
>Increase Intelligent Lighting Controls basis of design specifications
>Provide product presentations and build relationships with engineering firms, electrical contractors, electrical distributors and other accounts that directly influence buying decisions in your territory.
>Provide account management (pricing strategy, conflict resolution, customer relations, etc)
>Identify and promote best practices across the region
>Manage Rep Sales force to assist in all above activities
>Involves frequent travel in continental USA
Base salary plus commission with full benefits
A Bachelors degree; superior customer service skills; analytical; excellent communication skills; organization and computer skills; strong work ethic; flexibility; ability to prioritize multiple tasks; strong professional presence; team player; passion for selling and writing orders.
Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION
We are looking for a customer oriented service representative. This person will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
>Manage large amounts of emails and incoming calls
>Respond promptly to customer inquiries
>Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
>Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
>Handle and resolve customer complaints
>Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
>Ability to build rapport with clients
>Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
>Attention to detail
