The History of Intelligent Lighting Controls

Intelligent Lighting Controls (ILC) is a privately owned company incorporated over ten years ago. ILC is an outgrowth of a company called Enercon Data Corporation that was formed in the 1970’s and marketed Energy Management Systems. Almost all ILC hardware and software products have been developed internally. Relays, circuit boards and other proprietary products are assembled off site per our specifications. Final panel assemblies are completed and shipped from this Edina location.

Our products are marketed through a network of over eighty independent Lighting Manufacturers Representatives located nationwide. The Lighting Manufacturers Representative promotes our products to Electrical Engineers, Architects, Facility Owners and Electrical Contractors. All orders processed through the ILC Lighting Manufacturer Representative network are sold through local Electrical Distributors in the Reps area.
