Standard Switch Adapter (SSA)
The ILC Standard Switch Adapter (SSA) is a device composed of half-wave rectifiers (diodes) and associated circuitry which converts any SPDT momentary contact with a minimum 200 ma 15VAC rating into the equivalent of an ILC Positive Control Switch (PCS).- Body and toggle color - ivory

Features
Application
The SSA can be used in any situation where the designer declines to use the PCS switch. For example, if the decor of the building requires that switches be a color other that white or ivory. When replacing a pre-existing low voltage control system with ILC Transformer Relays, the designer could elect to add a SSA to each existing SPDT momentary contact switch rather that installing new PCSs.Installation
The figure below shows how the SSA is wired into a circuit to control a TR. The device is very flexible and installation in an existing switch enclosure should present no problem.
